Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our Post Sales team in Mumbai, responsible for managing customer relationships from sales to possession. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and experience in real estate post-sales processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Implementation:
   - Manage and implement CRM software to track customer interactions from sales to possession.
   - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
2. Post-Sales Process Management:
   - Oversee post-sales processes, including documentation, payment tracking, and possession handover.
   - Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
3. ERP Integration:
   - Integrate CRM with ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for seamless data flow.
   - Ensure data consistency across systems.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
   - Generate reports and analytics on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and process efficiency.
   - Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
5. Customer Satisfaction:
   - Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through effective issue resolution and communication.
   - Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and implement improvements.
6. Team Management:
   - Lead and train a team of customer relationship executives.
   - Ensure team performance meets targets and objectives.

 

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in CRM management, post-sales, or customer service in real estate.
2. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and ability to integrate with CRM.
3. Strong understanding of real estate post-sales processes.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Analytical and reporting skills, with ability to interpret data.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

 

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
2. Knowledge of real estate regulations and laws (RERA, etc.).
3. Certification in CRM, ERP, or real estate.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in traditional marketing channels, including print media, outdoor advertising, event management, and in-store promotions, with a focus on real estate or a similar industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and oversee all aspects of marketing including collaterals and advertising campaigns.
2. Identify, shortlist and present media inventories in targeted markets to Marketing Head.
3. Develop and manage media plans for print, outdoor media.
4. Develop and monitor campaign budgets for media across all channels.
5. Keeping updated with the competition and its marketing strategies.
6. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
7. Coordinate with advertising agencies daily on all marketing collaterals.
8. Coordinate and media agencies daily to improve marketing performance.
9. Prepare a weekly report on marketing activities and its performance.
10. Conduct agency meetings monthly to plan marketing activities.
11. Identify the latest trends and technologies which improve marketing performances.
12. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
13. Visit one sales office every day of project management and identify the marketing requirement and discuss with the same marketing Head to implement.
14. Work with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm new and innovative marketing strategies.
15. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other media projects.
16. Manage the payments to the vendors and ensure work orders are made and approved by the Marketing Head.
