As a Closing Manager, your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by efficiently managing the sales process for both residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, meeting monthly sales targets, and ensuring exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and secure successful deal closures.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
  • Hosting and Meeting Clients and giving sales presentations and property orientation about the development
  • Win Negotiations and Close Deals within specified TATs
  • Facilitating and driving revisits and resolving customer queries leading to deal closures end to end
  • Maintain Good client follow up and increase buying conversion ratios
  • Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Maintain and Develop relationships with Channel Partners to grow the site business
  • Activate all other channels as per company requirements to build on the network thereby to increase business
  • Maintain required number of calls and market visits as required from time to time

  • Follow all systems and processes rigorously as defined in company norms
  • Ensure happy customers to increase cross-sell

Job Title: Sourcing Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary:

Sourcing manager is responsible for finding potential clients for projects, distributing projects to channel partners, and other tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure project sales targets are met through channel partners. 

- Engage with channel partners daily. 

- Implement a mechanism for evaluating and categorizing channel partners by setting targets and reviewing their performance. 

- Ensure continuous improvement and upgrades to the channel process, including regular product and price updates for channel partners. 

- Plan and execute multiple channel partner events during pre-launch, launch, and sustenance phases. 

- Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events with key channel partners for their customers. 

- Continuously improve the channel partner experience. 

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and keep records. 

- Gather market intelligence on competitors and their activities at regular intervals. 

- Responsible for outbound meetings and deal closures.
