Job Summary

Kabra Group is seeking a Site Sales Head to oversee and drive the performance of sales for our projects in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met, leading the sales teams, managing the coordination between various departments, and ensuring that our marketing and promotional activities are aligned with sales goals. This leadership role will require a strong individual who can drive business growth and achieve exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance Management: Responsible for the overall performance of sales for the assigned project.
  • Target Achievement: Drive monthly and yearly sales targets and ensure they are met consistently.
  • Site Function Ownership: Take full ownership of site operations and the sales function.
  • Team Coordination: Manage both channel partners (CP) and direct sales teams, collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies and activities.
  • Business Generation: Oversee the sourcing team and generate business through channel partners.
  • Sales Strategy Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet project goals.
  • Event & Marketing Management: Coordinate CP events and marketing activities to support sales efforts.
  • Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet specified sales goals and targets.
  • Performance Reviews: Set clear goals for the sales team, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Profitability & Growth: Provide leadership to achieve maximum profitability and business growth in alignment with company goals.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously analyze the sales process, refine strategies, and work with upper management to improve success metrics.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and relationship management.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
